and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local
laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from
using, accessing this site or purchasing it’s services. The materials contained in this web site are
protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law in the United Kingdom.

2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials
    (information or software) on SocialWarehouse’s web site for personal,
    non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license,
    not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

    1. modify or copy the materials;
    2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
    3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on SocialWarehouse’s web site;
    4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
    5. transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
  2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by SocialWarehouse at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Disclaimer

  1. The materials on SocialWarehouse’s web site are provided “as is”. SocialWarehouse makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, SocialWarehouse does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials/services or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Limitations

In no event shall SocialWarehouse or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials and/or services on SocialWarehouse’s Internet site, even if SocialWarehouse or a SocialWarehouse authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Service Cancellations

SocialWarehouse packages require formal written notice in order to cancel any package before the specified end date.
a. Packages with a duration of 4 weeks require a minimum of 10 days’ notice, in writing, if the termination date is before the expected end date.
b. Packages with a duration of 8 weeks require a minimum of 20 days’ notice, in writing, if the termination date is before the expected end date.
c. Packages with a duration of 12 weeks or more require a minimum of 30 days’ notice, in writing, if the termination date is before the expected end date.
d. All bespoke packages are subject to their corresponding notice period based on their duration and outlined in the previous points.
Should written termination not be received at all or should it be received after a due invoice, the customer shall be liable for the next invoice in full regardless of whether the advertised service is to be used or not.  The customer reserves the decision on whether or not they wish for the service to be used.

6. Late Payments & Fees

All invoices and future invoices generated by SocialWarehouse are subject to payment within 72 hours of request via your chosen payment method.  As per United Kingdom law, payments made after the 72 hour period, for any reason, are subject to a £30 administration fee and will incur interest based on the current Bank of England interest rates + 1.5%.
In addition to late fees, SocialWarehouse reserves the right to add additional fees in compliance with United Kingdom law should any debt collection procedures and/or legal cases be required in the recovery of monies owed by any client.  In this event, interest will be charged for each day that the payment is late and SocialWarehouse will look for all administration and legal fees to be recovered from the client for cases of failure to pay and/or late payment.  Recovery methods are subject to the full use of the UK legal system and UK bailiff recovery services against individuals and companies.

7. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on SocialWarehouse’s web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. SocialWarehouse does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. SocialWarehouse may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. SocialWarehouse does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
